Instandsetzung eines MAN-Blockheizkraftwerks sind als Baukastensystem konzipiert. Alle Komponenten sind dahingehend optimiert, dass alle 1500 Betriebsstunden eine ausf\u00fchrliche Wartung erforderlich ist. Das bedeutet, dass in der Regel nur noch 4 &#8211; 8 pro Jahr eine Wartung durchgef\u00fchrt werden muss. Folgende Stufen gibt es:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspektion und Wartung Stufe E3<\/strong><br \/>\nalle 1.500 Bh bzw. mindestens einmal im Jahr<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspektion und Wartung Stufe R1<\/strong><br \/>\nalle 15.000 Bh bzw. Turboladerservice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspektion und Wartung Stufe R2<\/strong><br \/>\nalle 25.000 Bh bzw. Triebwerkservice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspektion und Wartung Stufe R3<\/strong><br \/>\nalle 50.000 Bh bzw.
